Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, these gift certificate terms and conditions apply to gift certificates issued by Planet Awesome Nijmegen B.V.. By using a Planet Awesome gift certificate, you accept these gift certificate terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
These terms and conditions apply to all gift certificates issued by Planet Awesome (both digital and physical gift certificates) (hereinafter collectively "Gift Certificates") sold by Planet Awesome.
Each Gift Certificate comes with a unique (qr) code. Each Gift Certificate is issued only once. You should keep the Gift Certificate carefully. In case of theft (including use by unauthorized third parties) or loss (including (accidental) deletion of emails), no compensation will be paid. Only original Gift Certificates can be used and must be provided to Planet Awesome upon request. Planet Awesome reserves the right to accept a Gift Certificate only upon receipt of the original Gift Certificate (in case of electronic Gift Certificate the email sent to you by Planet Awesome) and to require payment in cash in case of improper use.
To use a Gift Certificate you need to book your selected activities. During the payment process, you then select pay on location as your payment method.
Each Gift Certificate is valid for a maximum of 2 years. After the expiration date, the Gift Certificate can no longer be used.
Gift certificates issued by Planet Awesome are redeemable only for activities at Planet Awesome.
Gift certificates or their residual value are not redeemable for cash.
If the total amount of the order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate(s) used, the difference must be paid via PIN.
You may not modify, counterfeit, subvert or otherwise impair (including hacking) Gift Cards or their operation.
Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized act will be recorded and result in denial of the use of Gift Vouchers.
It is not permitted to use Gift Vouchers in any way for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
These gift card terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. We encourage you to review the gift card terms and conditions each time before using a Gift Card. If you continue to use Gift Cards after the changes take effect, you thereby accept the modified gift card terms and conditions.
You can redeem an unlimited amount of Gift Certificates per booking.
