House Rules Safety, Liability and Indemnity
- Participation in Planet Awesome's activities is always at your own risk.
- When entering some facilities, one knowingly enters an environment where there is an increased risk of harm, or injury. Planet Awesome maintains strict rules with a view to ensuring the safety of every guest.
- In entering the facilities of Planet Awesome Nijmegen and the surrounding grounds, one accepts increased risk, and also agrees to abide by the applicable safety regulations. These regulations are displayed in various places, and are provided free of charge at each registration desk. They are also listed on the Planet Awesome Nijmegen website.
- The consequences of failing to request or comply with any safety regulations are at your own expense and risk.
- Every guest is obliged to follow the instructions of Planet Awesome Nijmegen staff at all times.
- Guests using the facilities must: have taken note of the difficulty, severity and risks of the activities, have reported any medical and/or conditional particularities to Planet Awesome staff, be physically able to participate without endangering themselves or others.
- Parking a vehicle in Planet Awesome's parking lot is done entirely at your own risk. The same traffic rules apply in Planet Awesome's parking lot as on public roads.
- Guests are advised to lock their vehicle securely and not to leave valuables behind. In case of theft, damage or destruction of the vehicle, Planet Awesome does not accept any liability. This also applies if the damage is caused by storm, fire, hail, explosion or other extraordinary events, which are considered force majeure.
- Children (up to 16 years of age) may enter only when accompanied by at least 1 adult (18 years of age or older).
- The responsibility for the children always lies with the parents/guardians.
- Visitors must always be able to identify themselves
- The use of self-brought refreshments is not permitted.
- Consumption of beverages is permitted only in the hospitality square and at the bowling seats. All glassware must remain inside.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout Planet Awesome's premises.
- Weapons and drugs are not allowed on Planet Awesome premises. The discovery of weapons or drugs will always be reported to the police.
- Planet Awesome is not liable for injury, theft or other damages. Visitors must follow all directions given by staff in the interest of safety. Planet Awesome staff has the right to deny or remove persons from the premises.
- The bringing of pets is not allowed. Exceptions are accompanying animals, necessary due to illness or disability (such as assistance dogs).
- Treat each other and others' property respectfully.

Go-Karting
- Participants in the Go-Karting activity should have a minimum body height of 140 cm.
- Participants in the Go-Karting activity are aware that they are at greater risk than other guests if they are known to have orthopedic conditions or abnormalities, neurological disorders or other medical complaints that make Go-Karting extra dangerous for them. When in doubt, guests should consult their own family doctor or medical specialist beforehand.
- Planet Awesome accepts no liability for damages resulting from medical conditions and/or disabilities that the guest knows or could know may affect participation in the Go-Karting activity.
- Children and youth up to 13 years of age ride on age-appropriate power. As a parent/guide you can ride with children up to 13 years old, but at the same safe speed as the children! If you want to race faster as a parent please book a solo adult heat.
- Our karts are intended for sporting and recreational driving and are not bumper cars.
- It is absolutely forbidden to collide (intentionally) with the karts. Anyone who does not comply with the safety rules and instructions of the staff will be immediately removed from the track and excluded from further participation.
- No money will be returned or deducted.
- Willful damage will be charged to the guest.
- Planet Awesome accepts no liability for damages suffered by a guest if they are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- In the event of an incident causing harm to a guest, Planet Awesome may administer a test, if in the opinion of one of its employees there is cause to do so. If the guest refuses this test for alcohol or narcotics, the guest will be presumed to be under alcohol or narcotics, and Planet Awesome will not be liable for damages under any circumstances.
